In preparation for the works to commence on site, the conceptual design has to be transformed into working drawings, based on which all involved parties in the project will work in order to ensure that the conceptual design is brought to life in the most explicit way.

FF&E

On the process of producing a distinctive design, materials and surfaces are integrated by well chosen furniture and fittings, combining our client's requirements, functional needs and global trends.

SITE SUPERVISION

We ensure that the construction is performed as per the design standards and quality requirements by scheduled visits by our experts.

BILL OF QUANTITIES

We monitor all details, so our Clients worry about nothing. We provide analytical material lists with estimated quantities, manufactures and suppliers and delivery dates along with cost analysis and also final inspections after delivery ensuring correctness of deliveries and no damages.
